A seasoned equity analyst and multifamily real estate investor with experience in the technology, media, telecom, and real estate sectors, Bridget Rissmiller founded BIR Group in 2014. Under the leadership of Bridget Rissmiller, the firm focuses on multifamily real estate investments and achieving consistent returns exceeding 10 percent.

Ms. Rissmiller served as an equity analyst at Argus Research, covering FinTech and REIT companies. Her efforts earned her a Starmine ranking among the top five analysts for industry excess return in 2007. She managed coverage for 37 companies - significantly above the industry norm. Previous roles at Citigroup and Goldman Sachs provided her additional experience in financial modeling and client engagement. She also contributed to research on the shipping industry and technology IPO roadshows.

Outside of her professional career, Ms. Rissmiller is an active member of the Junior League. She enjoys swimming and photography. A former all-state women’s swimmer, she applies the same discipline and focus to her personal and professional endeavors.
